Design / Engineering
We provided technical consulting services for the Dudullu – Bostancı Metro Project (including curved stations) for PSD design, engineering, and quality documentation. We managed the organization and collaborated with the client, contractor, consultant, and construction company. We acted as a central hub to eliminate any misunderstandings and delays during the approval phase, as interfaces and requirements were reviewed among all parties.
As part of our responsibility for PSD, we actively participated in the implementation of integrated interfaces such as Construction, Power, Signaling, SCADA, Passenger Information, and Access Control.
Assembly
We have completed the installation of the half-height platform screen door system on the M5 Üsküdar – Ümraniye – Çekmeköy line, Turkey’s first driverless metro.
We provide full-height PSD installation and supervision services on the Airport line in Frankfurt, Germany.
We can carry out any type of PSD project on open and/or closed circuit lines and install full-length/half-length platform screen door systems on lines in operation.
If we were to list some of the features that make us the preferred choice, they would be:
• Fully focused on compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Different installation schedules for half-height and full-height PSDs.
• Full coordination with contractors and other subcontractors in field work.
• By actively using a mechanism to identify potential problems in advance, manufacturing was completed without any deviations from the installation schedule.
Maintenance
Our human capital is our greatest strength. We work with a team of electronic, mechatronic, and mechanical engineers, as well as electrical and mechanical technicians. Our engineers and technicians’ background is in Tunnel Boring Machines, but after 7 years of experience between 2016 and 2023, we now have Turkey’s most experienced team in the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Platform Screen Doors. Our core team has remained unchanged since the beginning, and we are ready for a new experience.
