Dudullu Bostancı Metro PAKS Design & Engineering

Within the scope of the Dudullu – Bostancı Metro Project (13 stations, including curved stations), we provided technical consulting services for the design, engineering, and quality documentation of the PSD system.

We managed the organization and collaboration processes between the client, contractor, consultant, and manufacturer. All interfaces and requirements were coordinated between the relevant parties to prevent communication gaps in the approval processes. We centrally managed all processes during the approval stages of the PSD system.

Within our scope of responsibility, we provided supervisory support for interfaces integrated into the PSD System, such as Construction, Energy, Signaling, Scada, PID, and Access Control.
