Dudullu Bostancı Metro PAKS Maintenance

PAKS systems (especially full-length/closed systems) experience high piston effects, resulting in increased failure rates. However, at Miralis Engineering, we keep equipment failure levels to a minimum thanks to the effective preventive maintenance methods we have developed based on our field experience. The strong communication established between our team and the operating company's personnel ensures the system operates with high efficiency and continuity.

While metro operations continue, we work in close coordination with key units such as the train control center and SCADA team to ensure that potential problems are identified and resolved as quickly as possible. We monitor the controls and deficiencies of all PSD units and ensure that the system architecture is properly understood by the operating personnel .

In the M5 Metro, where we are currently working, all PSD-related items included in the provisional acceptance deficiencies created in line with the requests of the operating institution, administration, and consultants have been completely resolved by Miralis.

Only 40 of the 10,000 electromechanical items were related to the PSD system. Miralis has resolved all 40 of these items, making the PSD system on the M5 Line the only fully operational electromechanical system in Istanbul.
